Synopsis

Thoughts become things if you see it in your mind you will hold in your hands. It was just a thought to conduct an event 500 km away from Mumbai when we started thinking it felt impossible but with the never ending support of localities and our event partner Mr. Imran Shaikh from Step for Humanity Foundation made it easier for us to execute this event for more than 4000 kids from 36 different mohallas (small villages). It was a treat to work with the local people there. We got support from more than 150 volunteers and villagers who made this one of these events easier and possible for us. The event was divided into 3 days Considering the large number of kids participating we divided the event into two parts i.e. distribution of educational kits and competitive programs. It was truly a utsav as we distributed educational kits to all simultaneously. The start of the event was super enthusiastic and full of positivity.

We also conducted a drawing competition, aptitude test, memory retention test and block building game.  It was easy to see such a huge number of kids participating so actively and proving their talents at its best. Kartavya aims to encourage kids and create a spark in them which will definitely lead them to a better future.

Students recited prayers and began it with lights of happiness in the room. Since the crowd was outnumbered, the entire event was split into different segments. For the talents the children had in them, the event ended with the felicitation program. Winners were given exciting gifts to keep them motivated. The final 2 winners were given a cycle. Also all the participants were given educational kits. As motivating and full of the energy the start of the program was, the climax of the program was equally enthusiastic. For the successful event that happened and touched hearts of many, Kartavya would like to thank all the supporters who took a great effort to make the event cherishing enough.
