Education is the kindling of a flame, not the filling of a vessel. After benefiting 1,00,000 with our unique initiative we did our 98^th initiative which was conducted for 2 days in two parts, considering the large number of kids participating in two different shifts. The whole event was planned according to different age groups participating for students of 1^st to 10^th . The first day was completely dedicated to the distribution of educational kits and the second day was our main event where we conducted different competitions like drawing competition, aptitude test, memory retention, block building game, etc.

The event was synchronized according to the Covid norms to make everything smooth. The start of the event was super enthusiastic and full of positivity. Students recited prayers and began it with lights of happiness in the room. Since the crowd was outnumbered, the entire event was split into different segments. This event was done in collaboration with Jai Santoshi Mata Govinda Patak, Goregaon & Mr. Nagesh More (Social Worker & Politician).  Their extreme support and unexpected teamwork made it a huge success. It was mesmerizing to see children from various slums participating so actively that made every part of the event worth it. For the creativity and extraordinary talents the children had in them, the event ended with the felicitation program. We distributed gifts like  sonata watches, school bags, dictionaries, thermos, lunch boxes, and bicycles to the  winners from different competitions.  Apart from that all the kids were also given special educational kits so that every child feels special. For the successful event that happened, Kartavya would like to thank every member included to make it a special one.
