    Khoj Ek UtsavSandesh Ek Sachayi

    • Students from std. 1st to std. 10th can only participate in the event.

    • List of participants mentioning name & std. should be submitted to the office of Kartavya. Before 20 days the scheduled date of the event.

    • The coupon duly field with name and std. of candidate has to be distributed to each participant before the event by the organizing committee.

    • There will be no change in date once it is finalized.

    • Backdrop banner of the stage will only be reserved for Kartavya.

    • Arrangement of venue have to be arranged by organizing committee.

    • Minimum Decoration, sufficient light and sound system are mandatory which has to be arranged by organizing committee.

    • Transportation cost above Rs. 12000/- has to be arranged by the organizing committee.
