Challenge to Cheer is a chain of competitions organized for students from standard V to X, which tests their scholastic achievements, memory retention capacity, as well as the swiftness with which they can apply presence of mind to things at hand. Out of all the participants, the Panchatantra Puraskar is conferred to 24 bright students who perform extraordinarily in the screening or the Aptitude Test conducted on the event day. In this event, students participate in a friendly competition which allows them to prove their scholastic mettle, general awareness and confidence towards achieving their goal.
The very name of the award "Panchatantra Puraskar" is born out of the rich traditional and cultural wisdom of India. In the tradition of our country, the Panchatantra is a nitishastra -- a compilation of "the wise conduct of life"; to live is an art and niti shows the way to live in such a way so that we can glean the utmost joy and realization out of life.
The name "Panchatantra" itself signifies the human capacity of using all five senses in order to reach one's goal, winning over fear, failure, sadness, flaws and the devil within ourselves.
